Former Bluecap Head of Private Markets, Sebastian is a seasoned business development leader and expert in Private Solutions for Wealthy Families and Principals. He grew a legendary hedge Fund Manager and expanded Alternative Divisions of Banks and Family Offices in strategic markets across Europe. 

After the Global Financial Crisis, Sebastian leveraged his deep client relationships to advise single Family Offices and Entrepreneurs from Poland and Scandinavia through Club-Deals across Private Equity, Private Debt, Venture Capital, and Real Assets.

Sebastian is a French Navy officer and holds an MBA from Toulouse Business School (TBS Education). He speaks fluently Polish, French, Swedish and English. He likes traveling and spending time on his vineyard in Provence.
